Part 2: Our Residents of Nature With a land area of about 12,000 sqft, greenery is much enjoyed at 69 Wan Tho Avenue. Through the consistent support from the Sennett Estate Neighbourhood Committee, St. John’s Home for Elderly Persons won the Community in Bloom Award in 2014, 2016 and 2018. Pre-COVID, numerous children came to learn about trees and plants in our backyard. In our new Home, our elderly residents can continue to embrace the nature with a Roof-Top Garden. 1.
